  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated/chopped finely
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • to taste Sugar and salt
  • Vegetable oil / olive oil for frying
  • COMPLEMENTARY INGRED.:
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fried shallots
  • 2 stalks celery

How to Make Thai Pineapple Fried Rice (KHAO PHAD SAPPAROT)

    Step 1
  • Heat a little oil and saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Add all meat, carrots, pineapple, and string bean. Cook until the vegetables soften.
