  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground mace
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cream Cheese Mix, part 1
  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Cream Cheese Mix, part 2
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • Cream Cheese Mix, part 3
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon extract
  • Whipped Cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 heavy whipping cream (1 cup)

How to Make Thanksgiving Pumpkin Cheesecake Spectacular

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Thanksgiving Pumpkin Cheesecake Spectacular in your home by yourself.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F For (175 degrees C)
  • Step 2
  • Combine graham cracker crust in a medium mixing bowl. Firmly press mixture into one greased 9 inch springform pan or 8x8 inch glass pan.

  • Add pumpkin mixture to cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
  • Step 8
  • Pour mixture into pan over graham cracker crust.
  • Step 9
  • Bake at 350°F For (175 degrees C) for 50-55 minutes. Adding in a pan of water while baking can help stop it from cracking. Do not over bake. Center maybe liquidy but if sides are done it will firm up as it cools. Let cheesecake cool on wire rack, then refrigerate.
  • Step 10
  • Combine vanilla, sugar and remaining half pint of heavy whipping cream in a deep mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat mixture until light and fluffy. Add a dollop on the side of each plate when serving.
