  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1 oz Smoked Turkey
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make The better for you breakfast sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Fork split your English muffin and toast it
  • Step 3
  • Heat water just until a simmer and put a tablespoon of vinegar and a tsp of salt
  • Step 4
  • Crack the egg in a separate bowl then carefully put it into the water. Gather the whites by using a slotted spoon
  • Step 5
  • Leave for about 3 minutes or more if you want the yolk to be firmer

  • To assemble your sandwich: put one slice of the cheese over the bottom side of the muffin. Let it melt in the over for about 3 minutes on a baking dish. Remove from oven and put the tomato slice and smoked turkey.

  • Put it in the over for another 2 minutes and then remove. Finally put the poached egg on top of the sandwich. Season with salt and pepper
