  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cup large curd cottage cheese
  • 2 cup shredded italian cheese
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 jar 6 cheese marinara sauce
  • 1 red onion
  • tsp garlic salt
  • tsp italian seasoning
  • pinch pepper
  • tsp rosemary

How to Make The Lasagna

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 13 steps you must follow to make The Lasagna in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to °425
  • Step 2
  • Begin by browning ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet
  • Step 3
  • Next boil large pot of water and cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
  • Step 4
  • Drain browned ground beef mixture and return to pan. Add salt pepper garlic salt rosemary and desired Italian seasonings to taste
  • Step 5
  • In a small bowl combine 6 cheese marinara sauce and petite diced tomatoes
  • Step 6
  • Lightly grease glass baking dish begin layer with sauce and tomato mixture
  • Step 7
  • Next layer with ground beef mixture
  • Step 8
  • Next layer with large curd cottage cheese and Italian blend cheese
  • Step 9
  • Next use a spoon to smooth out layers they should be thin so multiple layers can be used
  • Step 10
  • Top with lasagna noodles and repeat as many times as your baking dish allows.
  • Step 11
  • End with cottage cheese layer top with parmesan cheese
  • Step 12
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes
  • Step 13
  • Remove aluminum foil and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes
