Ingredients: The Mushroom Burger

  • 2 cup Minced beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tsp Onion powder
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • 1 bunch Fresh mushrooms
  • Swiss flavored cheese slices
  • 1 Burger buns
  • For sauce
  • 1 Ketchup
  • 1 Heinz Garlic mayonnaise
  • 1 Heinz chilli mayonnaise
  • 1 Mustard
  • 1 Cream cheese

How to Make The Mushroom Burger

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make The Mushroom Burger in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • First prepare your burger buns rub them with melted butter and cook in a pan until brown and crisp. Put aside.
  • Step 2
  • Add salt ,pepper and onion powder to minced beef and mix well and then form into burger size and place them in a plate and freeze for 10 minutes so they can hold shape.
  • Step 3
  • Prepare your sauce , add all sauce ingredients together.
  • Step 4
  • Cook burgers until done well. Place cheese slices on burgers when they are almost done and place in buns.
  • Step 5
  • In the same pan, add abit of olive oil, add mushrooms, and a touch of salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Add your sauce ,lettuce and tomatoes to burger buns. And then add mushrooms
  • Step 7
  • Serve with fries and a side of coleslaw! Enjoy.
