  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 4 cup okra
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Step 2
  • Chop the jalapenos.Chop the asparagus. Slice the okra on a bias. Sauté them in the oil 3 minutes. Add tomatoes.
