  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 6 Carrots (chopped)
  • 3 medium Potatoes (diced)
  • 1 can Corn (drained)
  • 1 cup Flour

    Step 1
  • Add everything to a large pot except potatoes carrots and corn filling with water until lamb shanks are just covered and simmer for 4 hours. you may want to adjust seasoning to your taste.
