  • Soy sauce 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • Rape blossoms or spinach or green beans
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

How to Make Three Color Rice Bowl

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Three Color Rice Bowl in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Stir-fry ground chicken in a skillet. Add ginger, soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
  • Step 2
  • Beat the eggs and add salt, sugar, milk then mix. Make scrambled eggs.
  • Step 3
  • Boiled rape blossoms with a pinch of salt. Drain and squeeze. Cut into about 2 inch pieces. Dress with soy sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Place cooked rice in the bowl or plate or bento box.
  • Step 5
  • Divide the ground chicken and egg and rape blossom over top. Decorate with cut nori (seaweed) and Gari (pickled ginger) if you like. Now, it actually turns into a 5 color rice bowl!
