  • 1/2 bunch Spinach
  • 1/4 Carrot
  • 1 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 clove Grated garlic

How to Make Thri-coloured Namul

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Thri-coloured Namul in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Julienne the carrot. Put the bean sprouts in a bowl and wash well. (Wash the spinach well to remove dirt.)
  • Step 2
  • Add the salt to the bean sprouts and boil. Add the carrots halfway through, and drain them in a sieve when boiled. (Don't rinse in water.)
  • Step 3
  • Boil the spinach, rinse it, and squeeze out the moisture. Slice it into fourths.
  • Step 4
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to finish.
