  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 5 medium curry leaves

    Step 1
  • Rub juice of one lemon and salt in chicken breasts.keep for 15 minutes
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl mix chopped nuts,garlic,chilly powder,tamarind paste,soy sauce and curry leaves.

  • Put chicken in this marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Heat oil in a pan fry well or grill it..
  • Step 5
  • Use onion and lettuce leaves for garnishing.
