  • 1 can Chipotle with adobo sauce
  • 2 large Chicken breast
  • 1 can V8 juice
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Ketchup
  • 1 packages Hard tostada shells
  • 1 as needed Optional- lettuce, sour cream, guacamole

How to Make Tinga

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Tinga in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil chicken breast
  • Step 2
  • Drain and shred chicken
  • Step 3
  • Blend can of chipotle in blender till smooth then add it to chicken
  • Step 4
  • Add small can of v8
  • Step 5
  • Add black pepper and ketchup to taste. Ketchup helps to balance heat of chipotle.
  • Step 6
  • Heat on medium to low. Heat till chicken is not so watery.
  • Step 7
  • Finish serve on tostada shell and enjoy
