  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • icing
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
