  • 1 cup butter
  • 5 celery stalks - sliced up
  • 2 onions - chopped
  • 1 lb mushrooms - chopped up
  • 1 lb bacon -cooked and crumbled up
  • 2 box herbed stuffing
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped thyme
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped sage
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 1/3 cup chicken stock

How to Make Tinklee's Mushroom & Bacon Stuffing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Tinklee's Mushroom & Bacon Stuffing in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • in a saute pan melt butter over medium heat, add onion and celery and cook till almost translucent, then add your chopped mushrooms and cook till mushrooms are done
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl pour both bags of stuffing mix, add your onion,celery and mushroom mixture, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, chopped sage, black pepper and crumbled up bacon and mix up till it is all nicely mixed together
  • Step 3
  • now mix in 1 & 1/2 cups of the chicken broth into the stuffing mix till well combined
  • Step 4
  • spread into a greased 13"x 9" baking dish, then pour the rest of the chicken broth evenly over stuffing
  • Step 5
  • bake @ 350°F for 30-45mins till done
