  • 6 -8 yukon potatoes(yellow potatoes)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic(about 4 cloves)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Tinklee's Potato Stackers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 400ºF , Grease a muffin tin and set aside
  • Step 2
  • Peel potatoes ( this is optional really, you can leave the peel on if you choose) and thinly slice into rounds, discarding the fat nubs at the ends
  • Step 3
  • place potatoe slices, parmesan cheese, garlic, butter and black pepper in a mixing bowl. mix altogether making sure the potatoes are all coated
  • Step 4
  • using the smallest rounds first, start stacking the potatoe slices in the muffin tins till you reach the tops(you may go up a lil higher)
  • Step 5
  • scrape bowl to remove any remaining cheese mixture and spoon over potatoes
  • Step 6
  • bake for 25mins or until potatoes are tender if pierced with a fork
