  • 2 cup cake flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • TIRAMISU CREAM FILLING
  • 8 oz marscapone cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp strong coffee, at room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • TIRAMISU GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 6 oz milk chcolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Godiva dark chocolate liqueur optional
  • SERVING SAUCES AND GARNISH
  • 1 recipe Strawberry Coulis Sauce recipe attached in step #21
  • 1 recipe Coffee Creame Anglaise, recipe attached in step #21
  • 1/2 dash multicolor sprinkles

How to Make Tiramisu Cream Filled Chocolate Cakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 21 steps you must follow to make Tiramisu Cream Filled Chocolate Cakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • MAKE CAKES
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven to 350. Spay cake molds well with non stick spray and place on parchment lined baking sheet... Have them all facing well side up this picture shows both sides for showing how they look.

  • Whisk buttermilk with cocoat powder in a bowl until smooth.

  • In another Bowl whisk flour, salt and baking soda.

  • In a third bowl combine sour cream.and vanilla

  • In a large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and creamy

  • Beat in eggs. Then cocoa mixture.
  • Step 8
  • Stir in flour mixture, alternating with sour cream/vanilla mix, just I.until combined
  • Step 9
  • Spoon evenly into prepared pans. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until.a toothpick just comes out clean
  • Step 10
  • Cool in pans on wire rack. Carefully run a small sharp knife around cake pans to release. Cool well side up.
  • Step 11
  • MAKE TIRAMISU CREAM FILLING
  • Step 12
  • Beat marscapone cheese, coffee and vanilla umtil smooth
  • Step 13
  • Beat heavy cream until it forms peaks, add confectioners sugar
  • Step 14
  • Beat in marscapone/coffee mixture until fluffy.
  • Step 15
  • Fill all cooled cake wells evenly with filling
  • Step 16
  • Sandwich cakes together with filling in the middle
  • Step 17
  • MAKE TIRAMISU GLAZE
  • Step 18
  • Heat cream, coffee granules and chocolate liqueur, if your using, in a small saucepan just until hot
  • Step 19
  • Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth
  • Step 20
  • While glaze is warm spoon evenly over the filled cakes, add sprinkle garnishing sprinkles while chocolate is still.warm before it sets up so they stick.
  • Step 21
  • Serve with Strawberry Coulis Sauce and Coffee Cream Anglaise.recipes attached below
