  • 2 cup cold cooked rice
  • 1 large egg
  • 45 grams ham slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 bulb red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

How to Make TitaVie's Fried Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make TitaVie's Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Lightly beat the egg with the salt and put aside. Heat a wok or frying pan and add the 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Step 2
  • When the oil is hot, add the diced onions and stir until translucent. Add the green peas and stir fry for 1 minute then add the ham and stir fry for a minute. Remove all from the pan.
  • Step 3
  • Put the butter in the pan then add the rice. Stir fry until heated through. Add half of the salt and oyster sauce. Stir till blended.
  • Step 4
  • Push the ingredients to the side of the pan and quickly stir-fry the egg.
  • Step 5
  • Add the fried onions, green peas and ham backed into the pan. Add the remaining salt and stir everything for a minute.
  • Step 6
  • Scoop into serving dish. Serve and enjoy!
