  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt ( i use sea salt)
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 can pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 packages (8 oz) cream cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make TL's Pineapple Cream Cheese Cobbler in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Melt butter and add to 9x13 glass pan.
  • Step 2
  • In bowl mix egg, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour on top of the butter. DO NOT STIR.
  • Step 3
  • Pre heat oven to 350°F. Drain pineapple and arrange the pieces in single layer on top of batter. Cut up cream cheese and put on top of the pineapple layer.
  • Step 4
  • Place in preheated oven for 45 min or until golden brown and edges are bubbling. The crust rises up around the fruit but some of the fruit will still pop out the top :)
