  • Cream
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rose water
  • 1/2 tbsp Orange blossom water
  • Syrup
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 10 piece Toasted Toast
  • 1 Garnish with Pistachios

How to Make Toast & Creamy Pistachio dessert

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Toast & Creamy Pistachio dessert in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Arrange toasts in a 23x30 cm Pyrex pan.
  • Step 2
  • In a sauce pan add sugar, water and stir till boiling point, when boils add lemon juice. Stir for 2 minutes then turn off heat and pour over toasts. Keep aside.
  • Step 3
  • In another sauce pan add milk, heavy cream, cornstarch, sugar stir till mixture becomes thick creamy. Turn off heat and add rose water & orange blossom water, pour on top of toasts.
  • Step 4
  • Garnish with crushed pistachios. Serve cold.
