  • 1 optional vegetables
  • 1 optional salted nuts diced

    Step 1

Preheat oven on 200 c then place the cups in the oven and lower the heat to 180 c and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or till the egg is cooked and the cheese starts to bubble or brown.
