  • 200 ml Plain yogurt
  • 80 grams Sugar

  • 50 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 optional, (to taste) Grated lemon peel
  • 10 grams Gelatin
  • 50 ml Water

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Tofu & Yogurt No-Bake Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak the gelatin in water and then heat in a double boiler to dissolve.
  • Step 2
  • Put all of the ingredients, except the gelatin mixture, into the food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth. At this point, taste it and adjust the flavor with sugar, yogurt, or lemon juice as needed.
  • Step 3
  • ☆ Move Step 2 to a bowl and stir in the dissolved gelatin. Place into a plastic container (such as a Tupperware) and chill. You can put it into any type of container.
  • Step 4
  • Done.
