  • 80 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
  • 1/2 tsp Katakuriko

    Step 1
  • Cut the tofu into suitable-sized cubes and slice the celery diagonally. Mix the ankake sauce ingredients and set aside.
