  • 1 dash Sesame oil

How to Make Tofu Tenshin Rice Bowl for Dieters

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Tofu Tenshin Rice Bowl for Dieters in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place the firm tofu on a heat-resistant plate with a paper towel. Microwave at 500 W for 6 minutes. You can make other preparations while microwaving.
