  • 200 ml ●Water
  • 1 tsp ● Dashi stock granules
  • 1 tsp ● Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ●Mirin
  • 1 ● Salt
  • 1 Katakuriko slurry

  • Chop the shimeji mushrooms and shiso leaves roughly.
