  • 2 cup of chicken stock

  • 2 bunch of coriander with roots
  • 1 large tomato cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp of chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp of sweet chilli paste

How to Make Tom Yum Khung

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Tom Yum Khung in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pour chicken stock in the pot add galangal, lemon grass ,chilies ,shallots and coriander roots bring to boil.
  • Step 2
  • Add shrimp and tomato let's boil till shrimps are cooked

  • Add chicken stock powder, fish sauce ,oyster sauce and coriander
  • Step 4
  • Add coconut cream and sweet chilli paste then add lemon juice
