Ingredients: Tom Yum Ramen

  • 1 packages ramen (80 grams ),with seasoning(option)
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • 1 slice galangal
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3 hot chilli ,crushed
  • 1 tbsp oil to fry
  • 1 mixed seafood as needed
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

How to Make Tom Yum Ramen

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Tom Yum Ramen in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • 3 mins blanch noodles as package direction,cool in runny water..this can reduce saltyness ,set aside
  • Step 2
  • Prepare seasoning package in a cup,if need ,if not skip it
  • Step 3
  • Cut ,slice lemongrass,kaffir lime leaves,galangal ,garlic and onion,prepare seafood ,set aside
  • Step 4
  • Add oil in frying pan ,stir in onion and garlic until light brown
  • Step 5
  • Add lemongrass,galangal,kaffir lime leaves
  • Step 6
  • Add seafood,about 3 mins ,until everything cooked and good smell
  • Step 7
  • Add noodles ,in this stage add seasoning from the package (if use ) ,add soy sauce ,lime juice ,stir to mix ,heat off and serve hot ..garnish with some coriander and slices pepper :)
