  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 olive oil, extra virgin

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400. Cover long cooking sheet with foil.
  • Step 2
  • Remove husks from tomatillos, halve, and place on foil.
  • Step 3
  • Quarter onion and place on foil.
  • Step 4
  • Halve and deseed jalapeños. Place on foil.
  • Step 5
  • Remove garlic and place whole on foil.
  • Step 6
  • Lightly drizzle oil on tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic, and onion. Lightly sprinkle with salt.

  • Cook in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until skins start to blacken.
  • Step 8
  • Juice lime into blender.
  • Step 9
  • Add all ingredients into blender and blend to desired consistency.
