  • 1 lb Tomatillos
  • 2 tbsp vinegar(preferably white)
  • 4 tbsp Canola oil(more or less, adjust to your taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Jalepeño(seeded and chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

How to Make Tomatillo vinagrette

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Tomatillo vinagrette in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the tomatillo skin off(if present) and rinse thoroughly.
  • Step 2
  • Quarter tomatillos and drop into food processor along with the minced garlic, vinegar and jalepeño.
  • Step 3
  • Blend ingredients and add oil slowly while doing so, until it is a nice relatively pureed texture.
  • Step 4
  • Taste dressing, add salt & pepper and blend well, if desired.
