  • 1 whole chicken, wash and take the meat to fillet
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 100 gr corn starch
  • to taste Cooking oil
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and finely sliced
  • SAUCE:
  • 500 gr tomatoes
  • 1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced
  • 2 large red chilis, seeded and sliced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 300 cc water

How to Make Tomato Chicken (TOMAT AYAM)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Tomato Chicken (TOMAT AYAM) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak chicken in soy sauce for 10 minutes, roll the chicken in corn starch and fry in hot oil. Remove and place in a serving dish.
  • Step 2
  • SAUCE : Cook tomato with boiling water, peel and strain the water.
  • Step 3
  • Mix all the ingredients in the sauce (except cucumber) and thicken with cornstarch solution.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the sauce on the chicken, and add slices of cucumber.
