  • 1 dash Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 Herbs and wine to taste

    Step 1
  • Heat the olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat. When it becomes fragrant, add the onion and cook. Add the wine and turn the heat to high to cook off the alcohol.
