  • 5 oz cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 lb whole wheat elbow macaroni
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 5 oz ricotta cheese

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350 F / 200 C
  • Step 2
  • Cook macaroni for half the normal cooking time
  • Step 3
  • Drain pasta and put into a large bowl with the ricotta , mix together throughly.
