  • 14 slice pepperoni
  • 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp green pepper

  • 1 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • On pizza pan, lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1/3 cup cheese across tortilla, and cover with other tortilla.
  • Step 3
  • Spread marinara across top tortilla. Cover with remaining cheese.
  • Step 4
  • Mix parmesan cheese, basil, and thyme together. Sprinkle evenly over cheese.
  • Step 5
  • Wash and dice veggies. Spread evenly across top. Top with pepperoni, evenly spread out.
  • Step 6
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes. Halfway through, stop to push down edges of top tortilla.
