  • 2 Green Platains
  • 2 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • garlic salt
  • 3 pinch salt

    Step 1
  • Peel and cut the platains.
  • Step 2
  • Fill a bowl with water and add 3 pinch of salt and let the platains soak in the salted water for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 6
  • And fry them again until desire crispness and golden color.
  • Step 7
  • Season them with the garlic salt as soon as they are ready and ENJOY!!!
