  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 oil, for smearing
  • glazing
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • FOR THE DOUGH: dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in warm water in a small bowl

  • roll up tightly.
  • Step 14
  • with sharp knife, cut roll into three-quarter inch slices.
  • Step 15
  • place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Step 16
  • brush with beaten egg.
  • Step 17
  • bake for 35 minutes.
