  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pints seasoned breadcrumbs
  • pinch salt
  • 1 lil water
  • frying oil an inch up your frying pan

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Traditional Italian Potato Croquettes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • My rustic mashed potatoes recipe, use cold out of the refrigerator
  • Step 2
  • Grab a couple of ounces of cold mashed potatoes & roll into a ball in your hand then press into a roll while rolling in hand
  • Step 3
  • In bowl add eggs scrambled & lil water to make egg wash
  • Step 4
  • In a separate bowl add sresoned breadcrumbs
  • Step 5
  • Add oil to frying pan on medium heat to 350┬░
  • Step 6
  • Make a conveyor line, take rolled potatoes, dip in egg wash all over, roll in breadcrumbs & fry on both sides until golden brown, about 4-6 at a time & repeat process.
  • Step 7
  • Salt & plate when finished, eat & enjoy
