  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Chopped Onion
  • 32 Ritz Crackers
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef (I used Turkey)

How to Make Traditional Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Traditional Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Beat the eggs, milk, and crackers in a bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Add the onion and cheese next.
  • Step 4
  • Add the beef or turkey and mix with hands so everything is evenly mixed. Seriously I hate mixing this with my hands but it's full proof. Haha
  • Step 5
  • Form into a loaf and put into a greased pan. Do not forget to grease!!!!!
  • Step 6
  • For the topping add mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar and mix in a bowl.
  • Step 7
  • Spoon half of the sauce onto the meatloaf.
  • Step 8
  • Pop it into the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Step 9
  • Spoon the rest and pop it back in the oven for 15 more mins.
  • Step 10
  • Serve with a side of potatoes and a veggie! Perfect Sunday cozy day meal!
