  • 1/3 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup manzilla olives
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 grinds of fresh black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp fresh lemon zest

  • 1 package cream cheese, 8 ounces
  • 3 scallions
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • bread
  • 1 french bread loaf

How to Make Tri Olive Tapenade

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Tri Olive Tapenade in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • By hand or preferably with a food processor chop all tapanade ingredients excluding oil. When you achieve a fine chop place ingredients in a bowl and mix in oil. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Chop scallions into small slices. Add to a small mixing bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Mix cream cheese that has reached room temperature with salt. Add to scallions. Mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Cut French bread into 1/4" thick slices. Toast or grill.
  • Step 5
  • Top each bread slice with one heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture.
  • Step 6
  • Top cream cheese with 2 teaspoons of olive mixture.
