  • 2 Tbsp Dried Basil
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup dry Tinkyada elbow pasta
  • 2 ounces goat cheese
