  • Pre heat oven to 170° & grease and line a square baking tin
  • Step 2
  • Melt the butter or margarine, chocolate & chocolate spread.

  • Lightly whisk the eggs in a jug
  • Step 5
  • Stir eggs in the butter & chocolate mix and stir well to distribute evenly

  • Add the chocolate & egg mix in the dry mix and stir well.
  • Step 7
  • Pour the mix in the prepared tin and bake in the middle shelf for 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it as ovens vary. When a tooth pick or cake tester comes out clean it's cooked. Cool completely then lift out & cut up.
  • Step 8
  • Enjoy....I served my warm with my homemade banana ice cream
