Ingredients: Triple Chocolate Drizzle Cookies

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar (super fine sugar)
  • 125 grams butter, diced, at room temp
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate baking chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate baking chips
  • 3/4 block of good quality chocolate.... (I use Cadbury)

How to Make Triple Chocolate Drizzle Cookies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Triple Chocolate Drizzle Cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre heat oven to 160 c and prepare a baking tray lightly greased and lined with baking paper...
  • Step 2
  • In a mixing bowl cream together both sugars, butter and vanilla extract until pale and light.
  • Step 3
  • Add egg then fold in flour followed by the chocolate chips.
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked...
  • Step 5
  • Allow to cool completely on a rack..
  • Step 6
  • Meanwhile melt the block of chocolate in a heat proof bowl, placed over a pot of simmering water... (dont let any water get in the bowl) mix gently until melted and smooth.
  • Step 7
  • Once cookies are cool drizzle melted chocolate all over them!
  • Step 8
