  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (light)

  • 1 cup sweet baby ray's honey mustard sauce(found at Brookshire's)
  • 1 large vegetable oil

    Step 1
  • Cut tips ,flats, and drums separate. Discard tips. Wash, drain, and let chicken sit until all water is gone.
  • Step 2
  • Season flats and legs with garlic black pepper seasoning and salt only.
  • Step 3
  • While doing this heat oil to 400°F.
  • Step 4
  • After grease is hot and chicken is seasoned and drain from all excess water, drop as many wings as you like into hot oil. No flour necessary. Fry without it
  • Step 5
  • In a separate pot, add brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey mustard, and a teaspoon of butter together.
  • Step 6
  • Whisk together ingredients over low heat until light simmer. Remove from heat.
  • Step 7
  • After wings are cooked and drained, put wings into a container with lid, pour sauce all over, shake, and enjoy.
