  • Tilapia
  • 1 1/2 lb Tilapia
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp Mediterranean Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked peppercorns
  • 8 stick cilantro
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine

  • Heat grill to about 450°F.
  • Step 2
