  • 1 bag Mixed baby salad leaves
  • 1 Mangosteen
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

    Step 1
  • Slice the garlic into 2 mm pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan and cook the garlic on low heat.

  • Step 4
  • After removing the garlic, add balsamic vinegar to the remaining vegetable oil in the frying pan. Heat until it becomes slightly thickened. Once thickened, turn off the heat.
