  • 2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar

How to Make truffle cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make truffle cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 325.
  • Step 2
  • place cream and chocolate chips in saucepan over medium heat until chocolate is melted. whisk and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • mix cracker crumbs, butter, and 2 Tbsp. sugar. press into bottom and 1" up the side of a springform pan.
  • Step 4
  • beat flour, eggs, and 3/4 c. sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • gradually add chocolate mixture, then pour into prepared pan.
  • Step 6
  • bake 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • run a knife around the inside of the side of the pan, then remove the side. cool 1 additional hour.
  • Step 8
  • chill four hours or overnight.
