  • 10 grams White chocolate
  • 50 grams Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Rum
  • 1 Cocoa powder

How to Make Truffles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Truffles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Line a circular mold or a container with a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Step 2
  • Combine chocolate, white chocolate, and heavy cream into a small bowl, and place over a double boiler.
  • Step 3
  • When the chocolate is completely melted, remove from the double boiler. Add rum.
  • Step 4
  • Pour into the container, and smooth out the surface with a spoon, then chill in the fridge.
  • Step 5
  • When it's well hardened, cut it into your preferred size pieces.
  • Step 6
  • Coat with cocoa powder.
  • Step 7
  • And it's done.
