  • 1 pack Natto
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 2 packs Udon noodles
  • 4 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
  • 1 Mayonnaise

How to Make Tuna & Natto Stir-Fried Udon Noodles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Tuna & Natto Stir-Fried Udon Noodles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Stir-fry the beaten eggs.
  • Step 2
  • Add the 2 packages of udon noodles. Stir-fry the noodles over medium heat while drizzling in a tiny bit of water and loosening the noodles.
  • Step 3
  • Reduce heat to low mix in the canned tuna.
  • Step 4
  • Add the natto, then 4 tablespoons of mentsuyu. If the natto comes with its own sauce, add that too.
  • Step 5
  • Add the desired amount of mayonnaise and stir.
  • Step 6
  • Serve it on a plate and it is done. Sprinkle on some bonito flakes or shredded nori seaweed and enjoy.
