  • 4 slice Bread (8 sliced loaf)
  • 1/2 Carrot (medium)
  • 80 grams Canned tuna (packed in water)
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • Optional toppings
  • 20 grams Raisins

How to Make Tuna and Carrot Sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Tuna and Carrot Sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the carrot and slice very thinly using a vegetable slicer. Then, julienne the carrot as finely as possible. ※ The key is to slice it very thinly and finely
  • Step 2
  • On a cutting board, sprinkle a pinch of salt over the carrot, toss and let sit for 5 minutes. Thoroughly wipe off the excess water with paper towels. ※ A lot of water comes out! Squeeze and drain.
  • Step 3

  • Step 4

  • Place a plate as a weight to settle the sandwiches, for about 5 minutes. ※ If you are not eating them right away, wrap them before setting on the weight.
  • Step 6
  • Cut into desirable sizes and enjoy ^^

  • If you would like to add some raisins, coarsely chop the raisins...
