  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • tomato
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • frying
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • topping
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • optional
  • 1 large poached egg

How to Make Tuna and tomato sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Tuna and tomato sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain the tuna
  • Step 2
  • Put tuna, egg, basil, dill weed, xanthan gum, and cilantro into a bowl. Mix well. Then add parmesan cheese mix and form into a thin patty
  • Step 3
  • Take a pan add oil fry the patties fry till done and a bit crispy. Move to paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • Step 4
  • Take half the patties set on plates. Slice the tomatoes and put a slice on each patty and egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with the other half of patties.
  • Step 5
  • Squeeze lime juice over the top of sandwiches.
  • Step 6
  • Add a little garlic if you like
