  • 12 oz can tuna
  • 1 tbsp mild olive oil

  • 1/2 cup Sweet relish (optional)
  • 1 cup Monterey or Colby Jack cheese (shredded)

  • Drain tuna, and place into medium bowl, breaking up until mostly shredded.
