Ingredients: Tuna Cream Pasta

  • 140 grams Spaghetti
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 4 Wiener sausages
  • 1 Frozen corn
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp White flour
  • 1/2 tsp Soup stock granules
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
  • 1 dash Black pepper

How to Make Tuna Cream Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Tuna Cream Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Thinly slice the onion, and cut the sausages diagonally.
  • Step 2
  • Boil a generous amount of water, and boil the pasta as instructed on the package.
  • Step 3
  • Make the sauce while the pasta is boiling. Heat the butter (or margarine) in a frying pan, and stir-fry the onion until it wilts.
  • Step 4
  • Lightly drain the tuna, and add it to the frying pan along with the sausages and corn. Sprinkle in the flour, and stir-fry until it is no longer powdery.
  • Step 5
  • Stir in the chilled milk, adding a little at a time. When it has started to thicken, add the soup stock granules, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 6
  • When it has thickened well, add some of the water you used to boil your pasta. (I add quite a lot.) The pasta will be ready about now.
  • Step 7
  • Add the boiled pasta to the frying pan, and mix it into the sauce. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with black pepper, and enjoy.
