  • 2 can 4.5 oz tuna, in oil drained
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Sweet peas (more or less)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cup shredded cheese, I used casserole blend.
  • 1 envelope Ritz crackers more or less.
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 salt

    Step 1
  • Pre-heat the over to 350
  • Step 2
  • Boil the egg noodles as directed, and drain.
  • Step 3
  • Mix the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, and peas together adding the noodles at the end
  • Step 4
  • Add cheese to the top then cover woth Ritz Cracker crumbs
  • Step 5
  • Place in oven for 20 minutes covered, then 20 minutes uncovered or until brown.
